Returns Policy

We hope you love your FIX8 items as much as we loved creating them, but if you are unhappy for any reason you are welcome to send them back for a STORE CREDIT only.

We are able to accept your return provided that:

  • Items are returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in 100% original and saleable condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed.
Please take care when trying on garments as items that are stained with makeup/tanning or deodorant products will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason including change of mind or incorrect sizing.

    All returned items will receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

    Please refer to our sizing charts for your correct size before placing your order or send us a message.

    IN THE EVENT OF FAULTY ITEM

    If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us at hello@fix8apparel.com.au

    Please attach clear photos of the faulty item along with your full name and order number.
    If your item is deemed justified, you will be offered a refund or store credit upon the item being returned to us.

    All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

    We will then ship your replacement item to you for FREE of charge.

    REFUNDS

    We do not offer refunds for any reason. STORE CREDIT ONLY
    We CANNOT offer refunds on items processed through Afterpay

    RETURNS 

    All returns will be inspected thoroughly before receiving a Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

    Store credit will be for the value at the time of purchase. If you purchased during a sale, your store credit amount will be the original price paid at the time of sale.

    All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

    DISCOUNT CODES

    If you purchased your items using a discount code and need to return the item, your store credit will be the value of the final discounted price.

    SALE ITEMS

    If you purchased during a sale, your store credit amount will be the original price paid at the time of sale.

    FIX8 reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
