Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

In the case where the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a store credit.

In the case where the attached product tag has been removed, you are no longer eligible to return your item.

In the case where a product has been damaged during transit. FIX8 is not responsible once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
